Use Output to develop models that compete with Immacu.
Software: Our Services may allow you to download software, such as mobile applications, which may update automatically to ensure you use the latest version. Our software may include open-source components subject to their own licenses, which we provide to you.
Corporate Domains: If you create an account using an email address belonging to an organization (e.g., your employer), that account may be added to your organization’s registered business account with us. In such cases, we will notify you to facilitate the account transfer (unless your organization has already informed you that they may monitor and access your account). Once transferred, your organization’s administrator may control your account, including accessing Content (defined below) and restricting or removing your account access.
Third-Party Services: Our Services may include third-party software, products, or services ("Third-Party Services"). Some parts of our Services, like browsing features, may also include outputs from such services ("Third-Party Outputs"). Third-Party Services and Outputs are subject to their own terms of use, and we are not responsible for them.
Feedback: We value your feedback on our Services, but you agree that we may use it to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services without compensation to you.

Content Similarity: Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence in general, Output Data may not be unique, and other users may receive similar outputs. This transfer of rights does not apply to other users’ outputs or Third-Party Outputs.
